Project Description
The people of an American city start acting both perfectly logical and perfectly crazy when one particular astronomical item goes on a little holiday. As the temperature drops at an alarming rate, some build bunkers, some turn cannibals, and one female colonel is given an utterly irrational task to save humanity.
