Project Description
The homeless people of New York have a secret: they are not really homeless at all.
Michael, a professional subway beggar from Queens, gets promoted to management, and seizes the opportunity to create a new system where the beggars get paid less and the management takes the profits. Simultaneously, his nemesis tries to achieve the exact opposite: to fire all management and create a large salary pool for the beggars.
